Central AI for Allegro

Updated 9 October 2026. This page describes the Central AI application registered with Allegro: what it does for sellers and which Allegro data it processes.

What the application does

Central AI is a product-content platform operated by sixa AG. Sellers who connect their own Allegro account authorize Central to publish their products as Allegro offers. Central creates and updates offers linked to the Allegro product catalogue, writes Polish offer content from the seller's verified product data, uploads the seller's product images and product documents (for example energy labels and product information sheets), keeps price and stock current from the seller's Central catalogue, and reads offer status to confirm that what was published matches what the seller approved.

Central does not handle orders, payments, buyer messages or disputes.

Allegro data Central processes

When a seller connects Allegro, Central receives OAuth access and refresh tokens for the permissions the seller grants. Tokens are stored encrypted and belong to the seller's Central project.

Central reads the seller account identifier, base marketplace and whether the account is a business account; the names and identifiers of the seller's shipping rates, return policies, implied warranties, warranties and responsible producers; Allegro categories and their parameters; Allegro catalogue products that may match the seller's products; and the status, validation results and events of the offers Central manages. Central does not store personal details from the seller's Allegro profile, such as names, email addresses or addresses, and does not request buyer or order data.

Allegro catalogue data is used only to publish the seller's offers on Allegro. Central does not display Allegro offers or catalogue data on other sales channels.

AI processing

Central uses AI models to choose an Allegro category and a matching Allegro catalogue product from the official candidates Allegro returns, and to write Polish offer content from the seller's own verified product data. Central never sends Allegro OAuth tokens to AI providers. AI requests are routed through OpenRouter to the model providers described in Central's Privacy Policy; Central requires routing that excludes providers which collect request content for model training. Images that are AI-generated are declared as such when uploaded to Allegro.

Seller control

The seller decides whether to connect Allegro, reviews a preview before anything is published, and can pause the channel or exclude products at any time. Central never deletes offers; an offer ends only when the seller's own catalogue stock reaches zero. The seller can disconnect the channel in Central and revoke Central's access in the Allegro account settings at any time. Revoking access stops further API access; offers already on Allegro remain under the seller's control in Allegro.
